American Eagle

A friend of a friend just got hired with eagle, low time (not sure how low) and I don't think he ever instructed. From what I understand, he has deep connections at eagle and an aero engineering degree from one of the top 10 programs in the country. I believe he also did some kind of jet transition course or something. I wouldn't be surprised if it was him.

I am very surprised this guy got hired by Eagle with such low times. He could have a relative or someone close working for Eagle. Then again he could have had that personality that blew every interviewer away. If you look at the gouges not one regional is consistant in the hiring process. Some high timers like 2400tt or more dont get hired probably because they dont have that "personality" that most regionals look for. Just an opinion
All in all those are some really low times for Eagle.

I think the original program with the lowest requirements is MAPD(MESA).
These guys get hired straight out of a 2 yr AS degree program with
250 hrs into CRJ's, ERJ's, 1900's, DE-8's.
