Not the same airplane, but the same hail...one of our birds just made it into the hangar as it was starting and didn't catch the worst of it. It came home on a ferry permit after having all the light lenses and radome replaced and is currently in the process of having metal work done to it...

I've delayed boarding a couple times when large storms were approaching. I was concerted about possible tornadoes and strong winds. People are a lot safer inside the terminal building.

Most FOMs allow the use of electronic devices for things like checking weather.

If this is Envoy (sorry, TLD, small-e-envoy), then it's probably the same guys who dispatched me into the middle of a tropical storm.

Maybe its the same pilot that tries to leave in a thunderstorm despite warnings not to because he doesnt want to miss his commute home.

Neither example is satisfactory, but the primary difference is that of who is first upon the scene.
