Thanks fer all your good replies even your "uglysolutions". I didn't know that hotels had gyms of any kind prolly as I don't spend much time in hotels.
I do enjoy working out. I do it mostly for myself because I rather enjoy being healthy and in shape but the attention definately isn't bad either.
Maybe when I have settled down and have a ring on my finger and know that my spose ain't goin no where ever I'll just let go and start veggin out......naw

I have a high metabolism but I'm 27 and I heard it gets slower as you age so it is a concern for me.
Sometimes it does become a bother and I have to drag myself in to the gym.
I don't diet at all I eat everything but since I don't diet that just means that I have to work harder then those that do.
I also don't run at all unless like MQAAord said someone is chasing me with a knife. To date that hasn't occured...lol.
But I do enjoy cycling alot tho not sure if I'll get alot of that here in the "valley of the sun" this summer.
Now I am realistic in that I don't expect to always look as good as I do now but I'd just like to stay in shape and be toned and look ahteletic.
Lastly it's all good "flygirl813126" according to my doctors chart I'm also over weight as I'm 57-5'8 and weight between 210-215.My normal weight for my height is like 160lbs. I believe.
