As much charter as these guys do (did?), they have their own route planning group don't they? Or do they lay it all on the Dispatcher while he's working all the 121 flights? At my company, for instance, I believe the whole thing has to be reviewed by a SOC manager, CP, and the DO, however I'd have to bring out the book and look at it.
I honestly don't know but it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't. I know four former co-workers of mine who had dispatch jobs there - none of them liked it and they have all left for other jobs. It does appear to be a financially sound company but also a very penny-pinching one. It's another airline on my list of ones that I was trying to get on with at one point and now glad that I never did.
