Allegiant Tour & Vegas Tower Tour (October 27)

I hate to start another thread, but I wanted all of the Tour information in one location:

Las Vegas Tower Tour
*Friday, 27-October
0730am Meet/Greet
0800am start

*Park at the Southwest parking Terminal at the Vegas Airport, they said we can walk over to the Tower from there, so, let's meet in front of Security near the Tower.*

We will need to show ID to get past Security, (US Drivers License, to make it easier)

Oh yeah, the Tower people work very hard, so, if people can bring down goodies for the Tower folks (Cookies, brownies, cake, etc). It also makes them more relaxed & make our tour more enjoyable. I will bring down Boeing goodies, cookies & cupcakes....

*I will post the list of names that I have received so far for the Tower Tour & if you signed up for the Tower, I will add your name to the Allegiant Tour.*

Tour of Allegiant Airlines Operations & if there are airplanes available, we will get a Ramp Tour:

Date: 27-October
Time: 1300 (1245 meet/greet)

Address: 2875 E Patrick Lane, Suite G
Las Vegas, Nevada, 89120
(Map Quest is the hot tip for directions, Allegiant is very close to the airport, less than 2.0 miles off the end of runway 25R.)
I will need names of those intending to go, so that I can send the names to Allegiant for ramp access.

Mike I hope I am not to late to be added just for the Allegiant tour?! If I am I COMPLETELY understand!

Mike, if there are too many folks for the ATC tour, you can take me off.. I can go next year or another time, no big deal...just let me know...

Since Mark wants to go on the Allegiant tour, he can go in my place cuz i'm not going to be able to make that tour with all the running around we'll be doing friday afternoon.
 
oh btw.. how do you want to work the donuts/food out for the ATC tour? everyone chip in $2 and one person go to krispy kreme??

btw, how long with the two tours last?

I will check on the length of the tours.

As to food items, that would be a good idea for some of the people to chip in, & for the ones that drive, get something as well.

I will be bringing down cookies & cupcakes from California.

Is anybody driving over there (either tour) that has a spare seat in their car and wouldn't mind giving me a lift from the Sahara or some other place on the Strip I can walk to?
 
We're staying at the Greek Isles (near stardust)... if you can get down there by about 7ish, i can give you a lift...have to figure out where nearest krispy kreme is going to be (not to self's todo list)

I can probably take 3 other ppl too... i don't think doug is coming with.

We need to plan on "2" hours for the Allegiant Tour...... Still trying to get in contact with the Tower People.
