What’s the interview process like? Is it like spirit when you have to take a one way video then F2F? My coworker said they make you take a test and have lunch with the other hires? A lot of ppl say Allegiant sucks but seems like there growing with the airbuses

Nope. Seems like they have two different groups going through the process though. Perhaps a jump on later hiring? Just speculating.

I was contacted a few days before Christmas and was told I would hear something last week and still nothing from HR

That is not surprising. With the manager away, it has been a standstill on the interview front.

And I am willing to bet these people who say it sucks got terminated..

It's laid back and can't be a serious person personality wise...

Plans are underway to have a new hire class in October. Actual numbers hired still being hashed out, but at least 3. Posting should drop late this week or early next. This will be the first new hire class in a year.

Starting pay $27.61/hour with 2 annual raises.

Schedule 4 on/3 off 10 hour shifts with early morning starts and float going junior.
