Right now we have two managers handling the work of four plus they are both in training for a new software program. By the time this class gets to OJT we all will be learning new programs that are replacing current ones.

Onboarding CAE crew scheduling and movement manager to replace Merlot and in house flight movement product.
In dispatch there is ground being made on a new in house design to replace Triton (our dispatch desk flight listing/OOOI/ACARS interface tool). This potential replacement has been designed by some of our dispatchers.
