Allegiant is showing a bit higher then what’s published on the spreadsheet $39.68 now if anyone has access to update it.

WSI Fusion, FMM for flight movement management and flight flow.
Triton is our in house dispatch desk tool for listing assigned flights and primary OOOI tracking.
We are transitioning from Collins OPCENTER to Luftchat with a in house built user-interface for ACARS services.
Aerodata is our provider of runway performance and weight and balance.
 
Got a text this morning they are Reviewing my Resume, then an Email about if I answer yes to either of the listed about Work Tax Credit if they would benefit from for Tax Savings lol.
 
Great company and great time to get in especially if you want to be near the west coast. Our pay is already good and contract negotiations begin early next year to hammer out other quality of life items like less hours, better schedules, etc.

Straight from management but also who knows if I'm making it up or not (wink) is what will set candidates apart is leadership skills, a life outside of work and strong interpersonal skills.

Obviously you need to have the dispatch knowledge as well. They will test you on that and you must pass.

I wouldn't be afraid to include the things i mentioned in your resume and provide examples in the interview. Experience is great but we are known to hire people without if they are the right fit.

Right now we have two managers handling the work of four plus they are both in training for a new software program. By the time this class gets to OJT we all will be learning new programs that are replacing current ones.
