Allegiant Dispatch Instructor

We had an interim manager after our previous manager was moved into more of a dispatch technology / software role.

The interim manager came from training, but resigned from the spot about a month or two ago and was placed back into training.

The company held formal interviews internally for the manager position, and the previous interim manager was named the official Manager.

This I believe would cause the opening in the training department. We have a full time trainer, but I guess they liked the two dedicated trainer scenario. As to why its not on the official website, I have absolutely no idea. I know no externals were interviewed for either the director or manager of dispatch positions so maybe thats why it wasnt "officially" listed.

I do know the trainers are M-F 8 hour shifts. They work on manuals, new hire classes, recurrent classes, etc. and dont really give but a fraction of the comp checks.

As for pay, I dont know for sure, but I think they get our dispatch scale plus either a 2 or 5 dollar override. Again, Im just making a guess here as they may be different.
