I was born and raised down here in miami. I currently live in Fort Lauderdale which I really love... (no crazy Cubans to block the roads on some stupid protest) I have lived in Las Vegas (1 year) and Raleigh North Carolina (1 year) and I just keep ending up back here. Asside from the insane drivers it really is great down here.

Turk you ever heard of a place called Coral Springs? What's it like down there now? I hear prices are insane for housing down there now.

Oh yeah. My sister lives near Coral Springs. Its a very nice city just West of Fort Lauderdale, somewhat upscale and professional. Lots of soccer mom's. Prices for houses there were usually always higher than other parts of the county but recently housing is high no matter where you go in South Fla.
