Alaska I hardly knew ya!

After last night I take back all the nice things I ever said about the people I worked with. Obviously they were plotting against me the entire time...;)

You have no idea how hard it is to get from one gate to another. Entirely too many women asking us to sign their breasts. Eventually you just have to say "look m'am....I have to fly 50 people to some town I've never heard of in Louisiana"

They cry, but its not my fault I'm so awesome.

That is so true! The girls don't give us dirty turboprop drivers the time of day... I can only dream of what its like to have an APU so my hair gel doesn't melt under a rash of sweat, have an hourly rate that allows me to buy an Ipod, and a short enough trip that all I need is a backpack.

That just made my day...thank you sir...You show your awesomeness both cruising the forums and beating Terminal milfs back with your backpack, I salute you.

I know...I feel bad for you guys. If only they would give you guys your own terminal. I think you would have a better chance if they didn't have us to compare you to.

Ipod+white earbuds+spikey hair just beats a walkman+old over ear headphones+mullet any day.

Then there's the fact that you guys work harder for less pay...that just says everything.

;)

Wow, great pics!!!

Eventually I'll post up a huge gallery, or at least a link to it, once I have some time to catalog and organize them. The thing is, the pictures don't really do it justice.

This one is one of my favorites even though it's a "terrible" picture. Yesterday the weather totally crapped and I was only able to fly 1.4 hours. Here you can see two of our dispatchers and a pilot gazing off into the fog trying to spot the hill about 1.5 miles away.

WTF! 1.5 miles, that's VFR, get your ass out of there! ;)

Sweet, now I can tell you all those stories I couldn't when you worked for the competition!

Good luck with 9K! You'll have a great time. I miss the camaraderie and the flying already.

Your Alaska pictures are much better than my Alaska pictures, mine look like Nebraska during a flood. Bethel...... home of the Alaskan enema hose.

Nice reference to Dropkick Murphys. Which if you realllllly think about it, it's also a great pun.

We miss you already dude.
