This role will provide regulatory and policy oversight of UK airspace structures and management and provide advice, guidance and direction on airspace issues inside and outside controlled airspace.
Additionally, developing and implementing strategies and policies for the safe and efficient operation of UK airspace in accordance with Ministerial Directions to the CAA and appropriate UK and international legislation.
Further, but not exclusively, the successful candidate will be involved, when needed, in the provision of advice and guidance to sponsors of Unusual Aerial Activity and coordinate such activities to the wider aviation community.
