If specified, this will replace the title that
Prop governor needs overhauling (if it goes above $800 the guy will just send a rebuilt one back) and a hydaulic leak in the CO2/Hydraulic Fluid shuttle valve ... which no one makes any more and finding the O-Rings to rebuild it is neigh impossible.

That's great. Most of your time is multi. I guess it sucks to have 2 engines to worry about versus just one. I'm not very familiar with your airplane, what is it?

It looks like a beauty. I got my multi in a 150. It was in bad shape, but cheap. So little power it was hard to find Vmc. Then got some time in the Aztec, loved that plane.
 
It's actually in very good shape (mainly because it was hangared most of its life and we've dumped nearly $20,000 worth of maintenance into it) ... it's completely stock (no Geronimo mods) dual vacs, dual generators, mid-time engines, (it came off the factory line as a "Super Custom") only 3,000-ish (2,600 when we bought it) total airframe hours, and the interior is probably one of the best "original" interiors I've ever seen in an Apache. We always get comments on it when we're out flying ... it's just (duh) expensive to maintain and parts are getting harder and harder to find. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

List of things we've done to it:
<ul type="square"> [*] Control cables/tolerances brought back to factory standards
[*]Replaced, AI, TC, Mag Compass, CHT (now have CHT on both engines for each cylinder), Right tach
[*]Added moving MAP VFR only GPS
[*]Rebuilt two mags
[*]Two new precision Carbs
[*]New Starter
[*]All new Lord Mounts
[*]Replaced the rear vertical stab. spar (1,000hour AD check found a crack that had transfered to the spar)
[*]Added four-place intercom
[*]And various, multiple trips to the shop to take care of things that could be left alone but were fixed because it was "right."

My father had a '57 150 Apache back when he was flying for Ozark .. took it up around Mt. McKinley, down into South America, out to the Bahamas ... part of the reason we got an Aapche was because of his familiarity with 'em (has nearly 3,000 PA-23 hours, lol).
