The problem is too many of these guys care only about one thing and that's their place on the senority list. They do the absolute minimum, apply to everyone, and accept the first offer they get.
We had an rider last night. Coming to columbus for an interview. Guy has never given a pirep before. We gave one for some moderate icing in the decent. Kid said it was the first time he saw that done and never knew how to do it. I kinda smirked and continued to read my magazine. The kid tapped me on the shoulder and asked if I thought he'd need to know that for the interview.:banghead:
