When did you receive your temp?

A little over 3 weeks ago.

If you haven't received your permanent within 90 days call the FSDO. Prior to that they will tell you to be patient.

I wasn't concerned of when I'll get it, but to change my address before the send it out.

I don't know if it will work but go online and change your address now. Then if you get your permanent at the old address then you can request a new one. I think it's only $2.00 but not positive on that.

So I was able to get in touch with the examiner. It turns out that he never did FILE the paperwork. It got mixed in with some other papers in his file. He spoke to the FAA and the folks in OKC and we're supposed to go into the Garden City Office sometime next week.
