Usually when we have ROTC competitions down here it is all in forest areas. We do competitions in marching sometimes and the Army is the only branch that it's uniforms look good outside. Air Force uniforms looks crappy hen you got green all around you.

Just to add to this conversation, I have heard that same joke, except with a Navy ending. Keep in mind, Navy stays out to sea, with A/C, internet access, e-mails, etc. and all the other branches live in "tent cities", from what I understand. Granted, the AF bases blow us away, but if AF is in the field, and we're deployed, I'll take a ship any day!!!

Well, if you're gonna have an air base, with all the facilities that the aircraft require, I guess good living facilities are relatively cheap!
 
Nuh uh!

I posted that, spend 1.5 making a chicken on the rotisserie outside, blended two daquiris, made a pasta salad, steamed some broccoli and a few hours later, you guys finally noticed it!
