Little of both. I'd like to set my next career up for life at a major. Not wanting to go to a regional has kept me put for the last couple years. Finally decided to pull the trigger.

As Iong as you've been flying in the Guard I thought you were close to retiring for good.
You were smart to have a backup. Not easy getting enough FW time for the regionals.

Retiring from the full time guard, could retire from the part time guard but the extra money will be useful.
