I don't know that looked kinda low to me. I've actually had to look up at a T-storm at 50 miles away. They can be over 50,000 ft sometimes.

I've seen, no joke, tops to over 70,000 feet on radar before. I think there was a thread about that sometime last year.

I don't see them either, other than in the distance at the end when they break out.

Yeah I don't see anything....looks like a nice calm overcast layer. Possibly a minor build up or two in the last 5 seconds of the video, but nothing convective looking otherwise.

I've been IMC (no storms involved) at 45,000 numerous times in a learjet
