Welp. You can't get the change you need without changing minds (edit: what a poorly written sentence). Most of these guys have gone through YEARS of telling everyone else they are dumb.

Ah, but I jest. Most of these kids dad's are more likely to get a bonus for running their company into the ground rather than be laid off.
