Airline Managment Game?

I've been searching the Forum but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know a good Airline Management or Aviation Business game? Browser based preferred.

First player to fire 1/3 of the staff, cash in his or her options, and go for Ch11 wins!

Although not browser based, there are two I can think of:

Airline Tycoon (just like all the other tycoon series)
Airlines 2

I played the first Airlines game, and it was surprisingly decent, although difficult--I could never quite get beyond being more of a regional airline before AI airlines came in and took the market away.

I'm not sure if you can still find the original Airlines game, but the sequel looks tempting.

I found it selling for $10 here:

(Not sure if that link will work)

I just got hooked on airline empires, you can't beat for being a free game and all. You start off small but it is with real life people. It is not the most realistic game out there but theyll improve it down the road.

The AIRLINE game (airlinesimulation.com) I've found to be a really great and in-depth game. They give you free updates and are always friendly and add new features semi-frequently. Plus there's an online web-based version.

I signed up with airline empires last night and it is very reallistic and free. Currently own 2 B1900Ds one from Sao Paulo-Rio, the other from So Paulo-Salvador. I'm not making that much money either and the rent on gates and making sao paulo a hub really put me low on $.

I signed up too...a good way to waste an hour or so at work. We'll see how realistic it really is. If I can stay in business with 2 B1900's flying from Kansas City to Dallas, Wichita, and Colorado Springs...then it ISN'T very realistic.

Im actually working on picking up a Emb-135ER after the first day, pretty fun because of the real human interaction. Trance Air!!!

WTF. I am already in debt. I saw on the forums people make as much as 70k a route on the first day in the B1900D and I could only make as much as 27K. The gate rent is way too much. I wish I could sell my B1900Ds and get just one jet but even if I sold them it wouldn't be enough. The aircraft manufactures require at least 50% of the cost to be paid up front which is still too much for me. I'm gonna stop renting so many gates and rent just as many as I need.

I've been playing for 2 days now, got 2 B-1900's and one J-31. I make 120K daily profit, and thats not very good i suppose.

What am I missing? I got a beech going from FLL-JAX and one from GRU-GIG. Generates about $20,000 each. I need more money to sell my beeches and buy an ERJ. What makes money? Do I pick a route that nobody else has?

what you need to do is think up your own route, the existing routes like your gru-gig has tons of competition, start small and build up your powers.

I canNOT ever get this thing to work. It keeps saying "There was a problem sending the email" when I put in my e-mail address. I have tried my work e-mail, home e-mail, and two web-based email addresses and it still won't let me register. Anyone else have this problem?
