Airline Apps - References?

I did a search and couldn't find anything.. maybe someone knows the answer!

In the references section it asks for dates, "From date... To date... or to present" Is this referring to how long the individual has been at their current company, or how long I've know the individual? The latter makes more sense, but it does not specify..

I just put from the date I met them until present. I don't know if that's what they were looking for, but I got plenty of interview invites.

Sorry to bring this one back, but did anyone list separate references from the airline's addendum section (assuming your target airline had references in there)? I put 4 references in the addendum section then found the 'main' reference section again. Hmm...

My understanding was that if it's in the addendum section you'd better get it filled out. The main reference section was superseded by that.

I filled out the addendum references fully just wasn't sure if I should duplicate or add different references in the 'main' section. For the moment I have additional references in the main section as well as one duplicate. First time using Airline Apps and it's a little non-user friendly in parts. Part of the test right?
