Priester Aviation Wheeling, Illinois:<BR /><div>TEAM MEMBER JOB SUMMARY</div><div> </div>Priester Aviation is currently searching for a Flight Services Advisor to join a dynamic flight department. We are seeking an ambitious professional with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, who is self-driven and client-focused. The team member will provide high-level concierge services and serve as the primary point of contact for all Priester Aviation clients and business partners. The position will encompass aviation training and requires flexibility as our industry sees various shift adjustments due to operational demand.<br /><div> </div><div>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</div><div> </div><div>·Execute trip services such as notifying FBO’s of the aircraft’s arrival/departure and arrange for aircraft and crew services, such as fueling, hangar, de-icing, noise abatement, night operations for mountainous airports, ramp and handling information, crew transportation and crew accommodations</div>·Assist with passenger services such as catering and ground transportation<br />·Provide crew with detailed briefings to include services for aircraft and crew, airport information, slot confirmation numbers where applicable, along with customs information for international flights including passenger details and child consent forms (as needed)<br />·Assist in coordination of details with preferred fleet vendors<br />·Arrange and coordinate international flights with various civil authorities and United States Customs offices<br />·Develop and comply with Operational Control requirements for flight and maintenance departments<br />·Execute flight following and communicate departure/arrival information to the intended recipients and proactively communicate expected delays or concerns<br />·Review trips details to ensure compliance with FAR 135 / 91 and follow Priester standards<br />·Authorized agent for processing of passenger names via the No-Fly List and Selectee List<br />·Work with our Line Service department to ensure timely departures and successful arrivals<br />·Understand and generate quotes for all inbound inquiries via the phone, email and web referrals while prioritizing tasks to achieve sales goals which may include sourcing aircraft solutions from industry partners <br />·Responsible for meeting & greeting arriving and departing clients at headquarters<br />·Support and promote the goals and objectives of Priester Aviation’s Safety Management System and Quality Management System<br /><div></div><div> COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</div><div> </div><div>·Competitive salary and full benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, HSA, 401k (company match), company paid STD/LTD/ Life insurance.</div>·Job Type: Full-time<br />·Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year, plus commission<br /><div> </div><div>LOCATION</div><div> </div><div>Training and shifts will take place at Priester Aviation’s main office located in Wheeling, IL.</div><div> </div><div>COME BE A PART OF IT! </div><div> </div><div>Priester Aviation is a Corporate Jet Management company focused on delivering an exceptional ownership and travel experience for our clients.
