Ravn Alaska Anchorage, Alaska:<BR /><link /> <link /> <link>&nbsp;<link><link>&nbsp;<link><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The Northern Pacific Airways dba Ravn Alaska Aircraft Dispatcher is a part of the Flight Operations team ensuring adequate Operational Control and safety of flight for all Ravn Alaska aircraft operations, whether Part 121 Domestic, Part 121 Supplemental or Part 91 Non-Routine Flight Operations. &nbsp;The Aircraft Dispatcher collaborates with other departments as appropriate to ensure smooth and efficient operations. &nbsp;Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Upholding <strong>safety</strong> by gathering, reviewing, and disseminating aviation weather and NOTAMs to ensure the safe initiation and continuation of flights.</li><li>Demonstrating <strong>commitment</strong> through accurately communicating the Company&rsquo;s Aircraft Movements so customers as well as other co-workers are aware of flight and aircraft status.</li><li>Acting with <strong>integrity</strong> when completing a Risk Assessment for all flights considering Equipment, Manpower, Weather and Runway risks.</li><li>Embodying the spirit of <strong>connectedness</strong> by coordinating with the aircraft maintenance department to ensure aircraft are airworthy and suitable for the intended flight.</li><li>Showing <strong>reliability</strong> through recording the amount of fuel required for the safe completion of flight according to the aircraft, distance of flight, maintenance limitations, weather conditions, and minimum fuel requirements, prescribed by federal aviation regulations.</li><li>Promoting <strong>commitment</strong> by engaging in courteous and respectful interactions with customers, supervisors, co-workers, and business associates.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>
