Ugh, you couldn't pay me enough to do that job. Only thing worse would be gate agent. That being said, I have seen people progress from scheduling into dispatch before, including at my major. I don't think it would be much fun though.

They did phone interviews (HR screeners) last week and yesterday. Next step will be virtual interviews. Targeting a November 16 start date.
