Thanks, but I prefer airplanes that behave like airplanes. A transport category widebody should behave basically the same way a Cessna does. No weird "logics" or "laws" or other computer mumbo jumbo that you have to be thinking about. I love my fancied up DC-9.

The A320 behaves like an airplane. To say it just flies into trees is a dumb statement based on one accident in which pilot error (pilot misunderstanding) and poor ADM was involved. That was not a flight control problem, like say, the Boeing 737 hard rudder-over that caused two fatal crashes in COS and PIT with United and US Airways.

Yours is a DC9 on paper, otherwise a MD95 aka the Boeing 717. Speaking of which, are you crossing over to the 73? I heard the last Airtran flight is in December.

I'd pick the more stable airline. Which one has better prospects? At this point I wouldn't worry about the fleet type.
 
Stick with airbus, they are easier to fly and more comfortable. After flying an airbus I'll never go to a Boeing until they get rid of the yoke.

It's as if you've never been a member of a large online community before. Btw, this one is unusual in that many of us actually know each other in person. (Though I've still yet to make it to a Vegas event.)
