Airborn Flight Service out of FRG (KFRG Farmingdale)

Hello all,

After many years I am grateful to have the opportunity to pursue my PPL. Has anyone dealt with Airborn Flight service? They have a PPL course that is affordable but my concern is their reputation and also they want the course either prepaid or in 2 installments..

I have read good things about a different outfit on the same field -- Positive Rate Gear Up. Any thoughts on them or other affordable flight training in Westchester / CT / LI are appreciated too

Never pre-pay for flight training unless you're willing to lose the balance on the account. Hundreds of flight schools have gone under overnight and taken students deposits with the. See Silver State Helicopter and JetU
