The NTSB prelim is out and early evidence is pointing to multiple birdstrikes. The accident occurred around midnight as the pilot + 2 crew in N295AE were repositioning from Oklahoma City to base in Woodward, OK. The report states, in part, "The carcasses of several geese were located in the debris field as well as one embedded in a flight control servo."

Killed were pilot Russell Haslam, paramedic Steven Fitzgerald and flight nurse Adam Tebben.
