Ameriflight, LLC Dallas, Texas:<BR /><ul> <li><strong>Position</strong>: Air Charter Specialist</li> <li><strong>Employment Type</strong>: Full Time</li> <li><strong>Location</strong>: DFW Airport / Remote</li> <li><strong>Shift</strong>: Monday-Friday 2:00-10:00 PM <ul> <li>May work offsite Mon & Fri, and in the office Tue-Thu</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Compensation</strong>: Base salary plus incentives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting to the Director of Aircraft charter:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor Air Charter requests and work with customers on aircraft availability</li> <li>Price and sell aircraft for Air Charter</li> <li>Coordinate on-demand flights with customers and company to ensure safe and efficient service.</li> <li>Plan and execute a charter trip that includes handling, hotel, fuel requirements or any international requirements</li> <li>Works closely with Flight and Maintenance Departments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Duties and responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interacts with customers to coordinate the transport high priority work with critical delivery cut-off times.</li> <li>Coordinates with Flight Crew Members to make critical go/no-go flight release decisions to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.</li> <li>Prepares effective and timely contingency plans to recover from services disruptions due to weather, ATC, mechanical issues, etc.</li> <li>Collect and input flight data.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
