Affinity, civil "super sonic" engine

Came across my news feed. Seems like this jet might actually become a thing. Pretty damn cool if it makes it.

The previous design being the Kolesov engines used on the Tupolev TU-144 (Concordski). Concorde used engines designed for military use (and a 1940's design, no less)
