Landcare Aviation is looking for Pilots for the upcoming season. It's the exactly same type of ops as for RAMS, Air America, DWAS etc.

I don't know what the min's are but I do know that when I applied I only had 300 hrs. I got a job offer last night by e-mail but I love where I'm working right now.

E-mail them your resume if you are interested at laiops@landvue.com

They need you!

Hey glad to hear everything is going well and that you love where you're at. I'd hate to see you leave so soon and join another company! Enjoy the job and keep flying that mad rev.!:bandit:

Mey man...how are you doing? Did you get the job you wanted?

And thanks to you I'm enjoying flying the mad revs! :D

Well I hope you are doing just fine!

Ya buddy! I live in the SF Valley and will be based at BUR. I start monday, so after that, I'll be busy. Call me if you're free until then. How much more work to you have here?

(Thanks for the congrats too!)

Does anyone know what Landcare pays? Is it salary or an hourly wage? Do they pay for expenses like hotel and rental car while on the road? How many hours on average does one fly per month? Most importantly, do they require you to relocate to Rome, NY? Any insight to the company would be awesome. Thanks.

Diego Garcia Mapping Project

In 2003, in conjunction with Emerge and LJT Associates, Landcare Aviation mapped the entire island of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean for the U.S. Air Force. A Cessna 172 was disassembled, shipped to the island and reassembled by one of LAI’s A&P’s for the project, which was flown by an LAI pilot.

^^ Sounds like that was a cool gig.

Anyone know of any of these types of companies in the Atlanta area?

I flew for landcare a couple years ago...great times and good company!

Pay is salary, all expenses put on credit card, live on the road.
