How does the tow schedule work at VW? Is it seasonal or year round with relocations?

Here you have to drive at least 5 hours to get to a tailwheel instructor with a plane (if you had your own plane it'd be easy to get an instructor) and it's a 9 hour drive to get a tailwheel aircraft you can rent solo... and this area is a backcountry tailwheel "Mecca"... it's bizarre really.

Then do a weekend in Florida. After the few hours of flying, chill on the beach for a weekend.

In south Florida its not so easy to find. There are a few within a 2 hour drive of my house, but that includes driving past at least 5 airports.

There is a guy at khwo that has a Pitts,but I don't think he's a cfi

Really? Off hand, I can think of a couple in South Florida. There's a Citabria at HWO

Who's got the citabria? There are a few like in lantana, at that bug grass strip,and I think down in tomb, but at Hwo or fxe I've never seen anything.

Let me know who's running that citabria, I gotta get in contact with them and make it happen on my vacation

i currently fly banners. no way in the world I would pay for training/job. I cant believe pilots actually fall into this
