Oh, we do pos reports. We sent them 3 along with free texts. For whatever reason, they just didn't respond to us until the last minute. It was not normal, thankfully.

Personally, I'm grateful when I'm preoccupied planning another flight and a pos report pops up. I've heard of crews not saying a word until the window closes then they send "redispatch not received, going to initial."

I would have them confirm that that wasn't the senior area they were looking at.
