well, I suppose they (CPS) can't do anything until something happens...nothing preventative right?...sucks!

She says she bought it for him because he has a prior felony for assult and drug possession and he couldn't buy it himself. So needless to say no one is talking to her here at work and people are seperating themselves from her because of her supidity and selfishness. I know that I am finally done with her!!!

if something happens and the police search the house, he will be facing some major time. If your a felon and the police find a gun anywhere in the house, not even in your belongings, the cop can get the felon on possession of a firearm. People have been convicted of this even when its apparent the gun isn''t theirs.
