A joint contract is about to be negotiated with new rates, but currently the U.S. Side starts at about 38k first year then goes into the mid 50s in year 2.What can one expect for pay at aa? Are they similar to delta, united and southwest?
Probably not true since this is the LUS side. Only one Envoy person has been hired on that since in the past couple of classes. And Envoy isn't shuttering yet just downsizing.Figure with the shuttering of Envoy it will probably be filled somewhat internally...correct?
38k? That's ridiculous. Wow.A joint contract is about to be negotiated with new rates, but currently the U.S. Side starts at about 38k first year then goes into the mid 50s in year 2.
Yes. One of the wholly owneds..Are you working at a regional now?
Yep. And 38k gross. That's a poverty wage in Pittsburgh.38k? That's ridiculous. Wow.

Well...I am thinking that with the posting going up today the earliest all the interviews could be done with and background checks would be the end of May, which would suggest a class starting in June. With two months of classroom training, that takes you into August which is when collocation happens, I would actually be surprised if the next class ever went to PIT at all.Yep. And 38k gross. Wonder if this class will get jerked around like the last? Based in DFW but put up in hotels until we move.

Why is that?
Your response smells of someone who is either clueless to all events that have occurred the past two years or are simply a management troll.
Which is it?

New to AA dispatch and to the industry he is.
Not trolling, thought it's in both groups best interest to get a JCBA ASAP.
Not management. So you are management but just not trolling?
Fair enough.Roger. I'm not going to knock our junior people, but I am going to say get educated on why the TWU International MUST GO. I guess now you have 24 months to figure it out.
[QUOTE="BigFellor, post: 2430073, member: 10482"]It's going to be a while before we get anywhere close to a joint contact. But yea, "industry leading pay" Will be part of it. Delta plus whatever the rumor is this week.
