" The aircraft was cleared for the ILS runway 17L approach with the First Officer flying, and thunderstorms in the vicinity of the airport. Below 100 feet, the First Officer advised the Captain that he was going to initiate a go-around, to which the Captain replied "no no no, I got it," and took control. As the aircraft touched down, it was crabbed 10° due to crosswind. The Captain failed to maintain directional control of the aircraft, and it departed the right side of the runway, coming to rest with the landing gear collapsed. "
It was the F/O's leg, they were right below 100' when the F/O said he'd go around. I'm sure they were at, if not below, MDA. Why would the Capt. take over the airplane to land it if the F/O deemed a go around was necessary???
