Taking a page from the FL Democratic Party's strategy manual, AA FAs have rescinded their approval of wage concessions and plan to vote again. This is in response to revelations about management bonuses.

They are applying to the Supreme Court to have the results of the vote changed?

Or did you mean they had won the vote, but lost the contract approval..
