A350 rollout!

Well for now it looks like they only plan on three variants an -800, -900, and -1000. With the -800 being the smallest of the three. As for why they started out with the -900, I believe it is because that variant has the most orders to date.

Probably a lot like the A-320.

Made the 320 first (like a 350-900), then the smaller A318/319 (350-800) and larger A321 (350-1000)

Orrrr something like that.
 
Maybe because there are a lot more order for the 900 version then the others. It gives the customers a first hand look at what they are getting.
 
Probably so.

I know a lot of companies are waiting for the larger variant of the 787 to jump on it. Might as well give the people what they're asking for!
 
Quite dissapointed that the bogey gear is tilted forward.
I'm disappointed about the lack of wing flex. The wing flex on the 787 makes it look like it should be in the air.

Welp, that's the death knell for me right there... I'm never flying on that mother-f'er. It ain't got da wing flex!!!
