Chengdu Airlines is currently seeking A320 Captains in Chengdu, China. Compensation is based on 80 hours per month with compensation up to $309,600 per year.
The contract term for this position is:
Option 1: Living in China (30 days paid annual leave).
Total Compensation: $25,800 per month.
Base salary: $23,800/mo
Housing: $ 500/mo
Travel: $ 500/mo
Contract Completion Bonus: $36,000 (paid at the end of 3 years)
Overtime: $220/hr.
Option 2: Living in China (45 days of paid annual leave)
Total Compensation: $24,500 per month.
Base salary: $22,500/mo
Housing: $ 500/mo
Travel: $ 500/mo
Contract Completion Bonus: $36,000 (paid at the end of 3 years)
Overtime: $200/hr.
Option 3: Commuter. (6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 92 days annual leave)
Total Compensation: $21,600 per month
