I think what Derg meant is there is a modification pending to prevent it from recurring. I’m sure in the meanwhile they’ve either been able to do a repair either temporary a la speedtape or permanent eg composite, or replace with one pulled from the production line to keep the plane flying.

Ughhh, more-experienced user of the bidet and generous host of dissenting voices in his “living room,” as a casual user in the home of dear friends - 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation Sicilians who LOVE the infernal contraption - I suspect it MIGHT have some use as a wet sex toy, but I’m sticking to more traditional rolls on a spindle, personally.

Having used it in dire straits over a couple decades (and I’d have to research the brand, if needed), my choice would be to crawl with crossed legs to a “real” toilet for ... ablutions.
