I really didn't mean this as a "I need some reassurance, folks!" thread, but thanks for the thanks.

However, you folks are the one that helped create the community!

I guess I took a peek around the aviation internet this morning and was shocked at what I saw.

You can't see it, but I'm toasting you folks with a nice glass of pinot noir, because "...I ain't drinkin' no (blank) merlot!" :) :sarcasm:
 
H46Bubba deserves more props than I or Kristie does. If we threw an event on the other side of the Earth, H46Bubbba woud find a way to get there and he's be there without an excuses. I think he flew from Florida to Arizona, partied about four hours with us, and then flew back to Florida. H46 is "The Man".

Didn't you meet Omar at NJC 2004? I know ya'll were both there, though I don't remember Omar being at the karaoke bar with us.

I also have the exact same sentiments as Omar. I've now had two job interviews simply because of folks that I've met through Jetcareers. I also found the place I finished my flight training at and ended up working at because of Jetcareers. I lived and trained with kellwolf for 3 months and I've been thankful to meet a handful of people off this site. Everybody here is frigging awsome and they have made this career for me thus far. I literally wouldn't be ANYWHERE without the folks here.

btw, i just wanna say thanks to the JC peeps that came out with us pilotfamilies girls over in DTW this weekend...we had a total of 13-15 which i thought was a GREAT turnout! it was fast and furous but it was really great to meet some other wives/girlfriends that know what this lifestyle is all about...conversations were something else! but i had a great time and we'll be doing another DTW meet & greet as soon as winter is over i think!! :)

I can't wait to meet all the ladies in vegas next month!! :)
