A long time waiting

Today is my last day with the Air National Guard as a C-130 crew chief. On Monday I re-enlist with the Air Force Reserve as a C-5 Flight Engineer. A six year enlistment, it will be 18 months of schools and training to get mission qualified. It took a lot of patience, paperwork hoops and pressing people to do their jobs to get all the elements in order. I am looking forward to it.

Thanks everyone. I think the biggest PITA, was having to constantly hound everybody to make sure all the I s were dotted and the t s were crossed, with out burning any bridges.
