No worries, Surf. I'll be in New Mexico week after that, but I'll give you a shout soon. And I've a feeling the wars will become a fairly regular thing for a while, until they die out like soccer did.

Agreed. There are many other schools which offer CFI-multi and CFI-I programs. What I think he was trying to say (correct me if I'm wrong . . .

) is that many of them only offer the CFI training as a normal part of their program if they plan to hire you as an instructor. At least that is the policy at a few of the schools I looked at. MFS will take anyone who is qualified and able to complete the program through CFI-I but doesn't guarantee a job when you're done.
