Pizza? You don't have your name up on the wall somewhere do you?

I still have a ways to go. If I joined the club years ago when I started going my plate would already be collecting dust. 3 at a time closer with each visit.... ;-)

Man that's 5 or so grand per plate isn't it? I hope you are a captain.

Hence the first line. 3 on mondays (pint night) gets me out cheap. Unfortunately I'm not off many Monday's. I have a while until a plate party. It isn't a cheap plate.

It's also good to bounce ideas off of each other BEFORE the road shows. Nothing like having a conversation later on and saying "DAMN! I wished I'd thought of that before so I could ask at the road show." Looks like it's gonna be a little longer since per the latest communique from the MEC chair, the meeting is gonna be the week of the 17th instead of the 10th. Either way, I say the MEM contingent (and anyone that wants to join up) swap Jan schedules, and we set aside a time we can meet in late Jan to tear into this thing.....along with pizza and beer.

I'm in. Generally off Wednesdays and Thursdays this month.

I got Thur/Fridays off. The only problem I see with the Saucer is we might be yelling at each other to be heard if it gets crowded. Other than that....I see no downside to the Saucer.

Ok.. I'm curious.. I've never really cared to "do the math" quite as much.. but..

Lets say..

We get paid $1/hour with a 75 hour guarantee..

So.. 1x75=75.. So.. 75 a month.... 75x12= 900 a year..

Well, since not all months have the same amount of days, would be it make more sense to do it like this:

1x75=75.. 75/4=18.75 (week) so 52 (weeks per year) x 18.75= 975..

Just playing with numbers and started thinking about it.. LOL..

You still only have 2 pay periods a month, so I don't think it changes... I've never made more or less because there were more days ( colgan uses a 30 day bid)

Hehe. Hey it sounds like the MSP roadshow (21st) will be video recorded so we can post her up too. Be good to learn a little before the show though.

DId they announce the road show schedule? I didnt think the MECs have approved it yet.

Looks like XJ did. I don't see any reason they can't set a tentative road show schedule pending MEC ratification. Worse case scenario, they send out an e-mail saying the dates have been canceled. In the meantime, guys can be checking flight loads and schedules to try to see which road shows they can make it to. We'll probably get a "road show this Wed" e-mail sent out while guys are already on trips. :) I know our MEC is meeting the week of the 17th. I'd expect a show schedule within the first day or two. I'd assume the voting on the TA would be item #1 on the agenda, especially since it's already being pushed back from the 10th to the 17th. Get that out of the way (from what I'm hearing, it would be a colossal surprise if an MEC didn't pass the TA), set the schedule and get it out to the pilots ASAP. Honestly, I think the implementation stuff is gonna be trickier than anything what with all the guys that will suddenly be due an extra week of vacation, re-programming of PBS and CrewTrac and the other various and sundary changes.
