How do I go about getting a copy of my last 8710 form?

Is it just a simple call to my local FSDO and requesting one?

Never mind, MY bad!! did see the "My last" part

Faa doc center in OKC or if you did it in IACRA, I think you can get a copy in there.
 
I've been trying to get a copy of mine for a while. I keep getting the run around by the FSDO. I can't seem to get one in IACRA either.

Has anyone successfully been able to get a copy?
 
yes. You have to call the FAA office in OKC.

i've called (866) 878-2498 in the past and was able to get copies of everything.
 
I did back when you sent your money in with the request. Now they apparently send you a bill instead. Just remember to pay the nice federal government. There broke you know.

When I did it, they just confirmed some information over the phone and faxed me a copy...but that was a loooong time ago. I think they have a form online now that you have to fill out, but as far as I know, that's for your ENTIRE record with them.
