I have been out of flying for about 41/2 years and looking at going back.
I have few medical questions before making my appointment with an AME.
1) Is there a time frame after filing your information on the FAA.gov website to schedule an appointment with an AME.
2) On one of the section, you are supposed to indicate conditions previously reported indicate " change or no change ". In my specific case there is change but in positive way, I used to have a lot of allergies living in Memphis and I was getting weekly allergy shot, as well as using nasal spray. Well I no longer live in Memphis, and it has been at least 3 years that I no longer get allergy shot or used any kind of medications.
So in short how do you report that change on the Electronic form?
3) Anyone know a good AME in the Fort Walton Beach, FL area to go to ?
I thank in advance anyone who reply to my message.
Thank you , skysign.
