777F VERY low pass in Texas

Maybe the crew was practicing for a sequel to Flight...was a movie crew there?
A few shots before flying iPads and money from Asia to the Middle East. Instead of crashing in a field in Georgia they ditch in the Persian gulf with a soccer ball while awaiting to be rescued.

I’ll never understand folks who get in transport category airplanes and want to do stuff like this. Visual approaches are tough to hack for some! And they’re just about all RNAV’s now because folks were screwing them up two ways from Sunday. It’s ok to not be the main character, in this industry it’s preferred not to be the main character.

However, I think people that aren't skilled do things for street cred and nearly get, as we say in Fresno, "theyselves almost kilt ded"

Man, it was great growing up when I did, no photo/video evidence nor any fear of it. Stories that will go to the grave with me. LOL

When I was a kid in the 80's I found myself having to make semi regular trips from Hooks in Spring, TX to a private field in Cleveland. Short flight. There was a really, really fun and twisty portion of the Trinity River in route that had a couple miles with no wires crossing or impediments. Let's just say I join Derg in applauding the time before cameras everywhere.
