Nope. He still runs the page, but isn't nearly as active as he once was. Haven't seen any standing on the wing pictures lately.

Yes. He also has an app for contract pilots where you not only pay him a monthly fee, but you agree that a percentage of your day rate goes to him. Oh and that you are not allowed to pick up trips outside of the app without monetary or legal issues for yourself.

Frontier has NEOs as well, albeit with the LEAP engines. I believe there are a few international carriers that have taken delivery as well so far.

Frontier is also operating them. Apparently, they are not having issues with theirs but they are running the CFMs.
