I believe it. The pedals take quite a bit of force to keep it from going anywhere.

Pretty confident the lack of a type rating wasn’t the cause of this crash! It’s a great start in the investigation though……

Oddly enough, the JAA or EASA (whoever was in charge of European certification at the time) did make them connect the parking brake to the NO TAKEOFF annunciator. The FAA didn't, so there are differences based on where the airplane was going to be first registered.
