$5000 sign on bonus at PDT

This may have been mentioned but I did not see it.

I saw that PDT has a $5000.00 signing bonus and it did not specify any requirements aside from 500/100

Too bad I couldn't of been 2-3 years later in the training/hiring phase. Greatly reduced mins and 25% bonuses? WOW. Hopefully people know how lucky they are to be getting on the market nowadays!!

On the other hand, had you gotten on with a regional 2-3 years earlier than you did you'd be a captain with some nice seniority...

No training contract at PDT. I think half the bonus is upon completion of IOE and then the second half is once you past your first year PT/PC.

anyone at PDT know how strict PDT is with the 300TT for the approved universities? We, at UND, havn't heard how strict the 300TT is. Any chance you could get on with lower TT?
