are verified for attendance now (pilots/SO's)! I have to say, this will be our biggest meet & greet yet! there are 10 days left to reserve your room and if you need a room after the due date, let me know and I'll have them put aside - if they're not already booked up by the 24th....
I'm thinking i'll be getting some late attendees, if you believe at all, that you might be one of them - please let me know, so i can at least make sure you'll have a nametag at the event...
Doug and I are kicking around itinerary ideas for the weekend..
some of them include: reserved table/room at the luxor buffet for lunch/dinner, paintball with the guys, hiking trip out to Red Rock Canyons (dunno how we'd get everyone there though), JC only craps table (if we can figure out how to pull that one off), Network JC kickoff at "some casino bar" (dunno where yet) on Friday evening, Studio 54 @ 10pm on Friday night, "Girls Get-Away" before Studio 54 meetup....etc
Everything is going to be relaxed and casual to make it fun for you and fun for us! haha
we will have goodie bags & door prizes and some information from our advertisers on hand AT the event AND we're also working on a few Contest Drawings/Raffles too.
If you have any ideas, please let us know and we'll talk about it. we also need ideas on what you want to see done with Network JC (the event itself from 4-6 pm).
